Shipping & Tracking

The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. Standard handling time is 1 business day. Standard transit time is 2-5 business days. Timelines refer to business days and start once your order ships.

How will I get tracking information?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see an update after 48 hours, check your spam folder or email us for help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

You can return items within 30 days from delivery. Please make sure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Original shipping is refunded only when Shopzex is at fault (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
